Not a lot to say that was good except Polly and her cooking.
Bad.
- Not being listened to as an individual.
- Patients being unruly.
- Patients walking around naked or 1/2 clothed (incident).
- Patients screaming, shouting swearing, fighting, up all night disturbing everyone else and treatment traumatic memories back- meaning we relieve our experiences - causing a detrimental effect on our own well being and safety.
But my partner (husband) is in agreeance and my GO is confused as to why I am still here.

The care has been very good, the staff are good, polite and friendly to all the patients.
It has been a relaxed atmosphere, any improvements, not that much but I check the security could have been is a bit more secure.

Good.
Kind gentle and understanding staff.
Nice food.
Nice safe room and commercial area.
Having privacy when I needed it.
Access to tea and coffee.
Less good.
More things to do, like games etc.
The two people doing the tai-chai giggling to them selves made me feel stupid knowing more about my treatment.

Valuable caring staff.
